Herbal Smoking Blend
A simple herbal ritual to take with you on busy days.
Contrary to conventional tobacco cigarettes, herbal cigarettes are non-addictive, and are meant to be used as self-care to connect you to your breath, deepen your relationship with your lungs, and create a moment of solitude or connection with others. Think of them as smudging from the inside out :)
This smoking blend comes in two variations: a pack of 20 pre-rolled cigarettes or a loose smoking blend which includes rolling papers to roll your own. Both variations are lovely, and the loose blend is great on its own or mixed with rolling tobacco or cannabis, where it's legal, for a bit more spice. These may also be enjoyed as incense.
Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, Mullein, Mugwort, Catnip, Hops, White Sage, and Rose Petals. Rolled in rice paper, with a biodegradable cotton filter, and sealed with sugar gum.
We use ethically sourced herbs that are organic when possible.
Why herbal smokes? In the history of herbalism, smoking has long been considered a safe and effective way to use herbs medicinally. For example, it's long been thought that the main herb in this blend, Mullein, may help to soothe inflamed lungs, fight asthma, help break up congestion, and moisturize the delicate smooth muscle of the lungs. Of course, smoking may increase carbon dioxide intake and the production of tar, so do listen to your body and enjoy in moderation. We've listed a few more warnings in an abundance of caution below.
